This hotel is located in a very walkable and desireable location. The beach is minutes away and a taxi ride to Maquey or Entraga beach is only about 80 Pesos. We opted for the included breakfast and it is more than adequate. You can pick between 5 items on the menu along with the included fruit, yougurt and granola. The hotel is a bit older, but kept very clean. We chose a suite which had plenty of room and a very nice balcony overlooking the pool. There are lots of steps and no elevators so be prepared. Overall a very good value, and enjoyable place to stay.

Although it is an older hotel, new management was very pleasant and accommodating. Just a reminder to seniors, there are no elevators. We requested a lower floor and that’s what we got.

Nous avions une chambre spécial plus, on se demande encore qu'est-ce qu'elle avait de plus...rien Meubles de terrasse en piètre état, seulement 2 prises électriques dans toute la chambre, coffre-fort minuscule, bureau avec les portes installées à l'envers, Photos pas comme sur le site. Pas de verres, pas de débarbouillettes(gant de toilette), pas de cafetière, pas de frigidaire. éclairage insuffisant. chaise de bureau en plastique sale(chaise de jardin). Air climatisé non fonctionnel, nous avons du changer de chambre, nouvelle chambre aussi désuète.

The property is very old and has NO ElEVATOR. I had to walk upstairs and took 126 steps to reach our room. The bathroom smelled like poop and had an open drainage hole in the bathroom. The staff was kind but the hotel’s excursion/tour guides were a tip off. They advertised one thing and provided a different package after you paid. We booked a tour to a coffee plantation and were charged extra fees once we arrived at the plantation. The guide had no plan or organization. Stay away from the tours or excursions offered at the hotel.

Lovely staff, great breakfast included, site was rustic with a colonial Mediterranean style. The many levels of the hotel up against the rock outcropping gives is a unique elegance with beautiful views of the ocean and marina. Recommendable!!

Rowdy children in the pool was an issue, screaming until 9 pm, sometimes later. One night a man was singing loudly after midnight . It took 2 calls to the desk to shut him up. The food and drinks were ok but it is very limited as to what you can get with free breakfast. And it seemed like they didn’t want to serve you what was not on free list even when you told them you would pay for it. No one spoke English and most all tv was in Spanish.

Hotel Marina and Beach Club January 2025

The hotel isa little dated, typical Mexican rock and tile. The included breakfast was fantastic, a huge bowl of fruit with granola on the side and your choice of numerous main courses. The location is right across from the marina and across the street from the beach. Friendly staff and reasonably priced

Property is ok but they can improve in the Room Service bring in thing on time also invest more and profesional utensils. For instance my wife order some hot water was delivered on a plastic Water pitcher in stead of a thermo or coffe pot

A nice clean resort in a great location. Hard-working, friendly staff. Nice pool area. Air conditioning. Minimal English spoken by reception so no orientation to facilities e.g. beach club. No access to coffee.
