Our favorite thing was the beach at the bottom of the stairs on the property. We saw iguanas and coati, too. The snorkeling around the rocks down there is great. It's not a place to lay out because the beach is rocky but for a refreshing swim and some good snorkeling, it's great. People also visit from the beach next door, so you will see others there.
The condo itself was also very nice. Everything was new and there were a few staples, so no need to buy them (sugar, olive oil, salt, etc.) Keep in mind that leaving out crumbs or anything sweet does attract ants, so we did put most things in the refrigerator.
Monserrat was our contact and she was lovely and quick to respond. She met us upon check-in and appeared as were we checking out to get the keys and make sure everything was good.
The view was amazing and the private roof deck unbelievable. Because it was mid-July, it was a little too hot and humid to spend much time on the roof deck during the day but it was great for star-gazing at night.
The only minor drawbacks (which we told Monserrat about) were that the shower in the master bedroom tended to leak water over the floor because there's no divider to block it, so we had to use a lot of towels when we showered to soak up the leakage. And, for some reason, on the last day, the outdoor shower stopped working. The A/C in the master bedroom tended to be a little unreliable and seemed to mostly just want to be a fan. All other A/Cs great! Overall, an amazing stay!
