"Wir waren insgesamt 9 Nächte im El Castillo, da ein anderes Hotel aufgrund einer weggeschwemmten Strasse nicht mehr erreichbar war und wir entsprechen länger Gäste waren. Zum Glück bekamen wir ein Upgrade in das Zimmer 1 (insgesamt gibt es 9 Zimmer) durch den Manager Stephen, da dass Hotel auch nicht sehr voll war. Der Empfang und auch der tägliche Service (insbesondere durch Roxana) waren sehr nett und unaufdringlich. Wir haben 1 Mal hier gegessen, was auch sehr gut war, allerdings zu teuer. Das Frühstück ist leider auf 3 Varianten begrenzt und hier hätten wir uns gerne weiter Auswahlmöglichkeiten oder Variationen gewünscht. Die Cocktails sind alle sehr hochwertig und lecker und der Zimmerservice ist auch ohne Mangel. Das Internet ist OK, wenn auch nicht super zuverlässig und man muss wissen, dass es keine TVs in den Zimmern oder Suiten gibt, auf denen ggf. gestreamt werden könnte. Die Zufahrt ist steil aber da haben wir noch extremere Fälle in Costa Rica erlebt. Im Umkreis von 10 Km gibt es viele nette Restaurants und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Vielen Dank and das Team, dass uns sooooo lange "aushalten" musste."

"Wenn man sich entspannt zurück ziehen möchte und einfach Mal die Tage genießen möchte,dann ist man hier genau richtig! Einkaufen und Restaurant besuche sind auch fußläufig möglich. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"
