The general manager, Erik was excellent, very helpful, kind and courteous. The blonde young girl at the desk on Saturday morning was a bit rude and disrespectful when ask a question.

We chose this hotel because of the location close to our family. The room was spacious and very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. A staff member checked in with us to make sure everything was well with the room. The included breakfast buffet had hot and cold items, and I was able to eat there despite being gluten-free. Will definitely be staying here the next time we are in town.

It is a nice hotel property. We didn't like that the only real viewing options for the room TV weren't very many. Netflix was about all if you like movies. No HBO No Showtime. Also NO MINI BAR. Beware because the Fitted Sheets they used on the Queen Size Beds were too small to fit properly and create a nice surface to sleep on. Made sleeping fairly uncomfortable. It turned out to be nice that the hotel isn't actually DOWNTOWN. Being on the edge of downtown saved traffic time during rush hours.
