The Wi-Fi was inconsistent, and the noise within the hallway was very loud. However, the staff were always considerate. You can quickly walk to places of interest, so location is great.

Sweet lady at the front desk, who spoke no English, but we managed. I think I was overcharged though. No blankets on the bed, only one towel, pretty Spartan. Excellent breakfast. Not impressed with the area of Santarém.

Colchao ruim, tive q pedir toalha pq n tava disponivel. Tv nao funcionava. Reclamei falarm q era problema geral. Perguntei a outro hospede falou q no quarto dele estava ok. Reclamei de novo e foram olhar de má vontade. N tava pegando a tv a cabo. Ai puseram na antena normal. So pegava a globo. Limpeza do quarto tb deixou a desejar. Pelo.preco achei bem abaixo do esperado.

A experiência foi ruim, tendo em vista que a cama era ruim, a tv não era smart, os móveis estavam em condições ruins e o chuveiro elétrico tinha problema de vazamento pela parede podendo ocasionar riscos de choque.

Deixa muito a desejar
O hotel deixa muito a desejar. O atendente que nos recebeu era muito grosseiro. O quarto não tinha toalhas nem lençol, tivemos que pedir. O café da manhã é servido em um restaurante ao lado do hotel, é necessário sair do hotel para ir lá. A rua é muito cheia e barulhenta. A janela do nosso quarto dava para uma paredona, mal entrava luz.

O hotel não possui estacionamento e nem convênio com nenhum estacionamento e isso prejudica demais o hóspede, porque em volta do hotel é tudo área azul para estacionar na rua e cobram caro. Eu tinha que deixar o carro dormir na rua todos dias e tinha que tirar ele da rua cedinho para não ter que pagar a área azul, e eu parava ele longe do hotel, tendo o desconforto de andar no sol 40 graus.

Ambiente acolhedor, fiel as informações descrita no aplicativo, cama confortável, roupa de camas limpas, colaboradores educados, e muito bem localizado, perto do comércio, bancos , cerca de 3 quadras da orla do Rio Tapajós, apenas atentem se em fechar as cortinas, a claridade é intensa pela manhã.

Razoável. Por trazer o nome Palece, cria uma expectativa que não será atendida em nenhum dos critérios esperados. trata-se de um hotel comum, de sobrado, com recepção minúscula e limitada, segurança de acesso ao elevador, inútil, por ter uma escada sem nenhum controle logo ao lado. O restaurante, aberto ao público no café da manhã, é pequeno e fica lotado. Sobre o meu quarto, optei por uma individual com cama King, espaçoso, arcondicionado razoável, não havia lençol, o aparelho sanitário estava com problemas sérios. Enfim, o custo benefício não é legal, mas se observar as opções de hotéis que a cidade oferece, ele acaba sendo razoável. Funcionários TOPs.

(+) Cama bem confortável e equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. (-) O quarto parece que foi reformado, mas o banheiro manteve a estrutura mais antiga; a janela do quarto dava pra a parede do prédio vizinho, formando um corredor que ecoava boa parte do barulho da avenida.
