Had a very pleasant 6 days stay. I had to place a deposit of US 100 as a Sercurity and was told that it will be refund to my Mastercard account. a week after checkout. Check out 10 days ago and no refund so far. Just annoy that it takes such long time to get your money back.

Excelente ubicación y excelente servicio del personal. Habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas y áreas del hotel muy agradables. El desayuno es bueno pero siempre lo mismo. Si vas por varios días ya no quieres ni verlo. . Lo que no nos gustó es que en la habitación, si bien es amplia y muy cómoda, no tiene gavetas para uno guardar la ropa si va por varios días.

The hotel is located in a premium spot of the city, safe, good restaurants and several things to do walking distance. My main two low points were that the hotel restaurant bar hours were very inconvenient for a work / pleasure trip ( 5 to 9 PM only ) and the rooms were nice but total lack of privacy in the restroom area makes it uncomfortable for a couple if you are not use to totally see and hear each other every time you go to the toilet or take a shower ( glass walls all around as dividers between WC/Shower/bedroom so be ready to be in a fishtank )

I had a wonderful stay. A short stay but very relaxing and amazing. I had a wonderful bottle of red wine waiting for me in my room. The staff at the front desk were amazing. They were very helpful and attentive. The location was nice close restaurants around.
