Payment options are limited to Credit Card to be able to avoid the Tourist Tax that some South American Citizens don't have to pay to enter Chile. There are no money exchange facilities on site. The above isn't clear when you book in, making it hard to be prepared with suitable payment options. My stay was pleasant otherwise, the food at their restaurant is delicious and good prized.

They have huge clean rooms with good hot water for showers. We stayed there twice because of an early flight and late arrival. They also provided free shuttle from and back to the airport.

Well the free shuttle didn’t really work on the way there late evening, and next day they said we couldn’t take our skis with us….. (Luckily the driver was nice and found a solution)
