We arrived ar 11.15 pm and despite of previous email confirmation reminder and automatic survey for check in rating from Hotel.com, they couldn't find our booking. It took more than 20 mns to finally get⁰ keys but when we arrived at the room it was already occupied!! Coming down at the reception the receptionist first lpicked up his phone and wanted to "understand" why the room was occupied instead of finding us an other room...(by that time we had passed mighnight and simply wanted to finally get a room) When we finally could get in yhe room, it was smelling cigarettes but they never came to disinfect Too bad as it has all infrastructure to be a nice place ... It kept its promises you can read in yhe elevator "unforgettable"... indeed but not for the right reasons...

We enjoy our stay, and easy to walk with many options of restaurants. The only feedback is the bathroom, needs more attention on the shower, you can see mould between the tiles, other than that we are happy with everything else, friendly staff :)

Foi, em disparado, a melhor estadia que já experienciei. Check in rápido e atencioso, late check out mediante disponibilidade, indicações de restaurantes. Prepararam uma lunch box quando tivemos passeio muito cedo, tem água, cafe, chá e chocolate quente a vontade na recepção e o frigo bar do quarto é liberado. No dia do meu aniversário, cheguei no quarto e tinha uma fatia de bolo surpresa pra mim! Eles são diferenciados. Parabéns
