My family and I had a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the pool area and delicious food. Victor was awesome . He is very friendly and welcoming. I appreciate him making sure we felt comfortable during breakfast . Would I recommend Hotel Crown Plaza to friends and family? Of course ! I look forward to going back again.
