Excellent 2 night stay - highly recommended!

Pros: Excellent service and generous hosts. The location was unbelievable, I still imagine myself sitting there with that view during my frequent daydreams!
Cons: Update the inside of the rooms to have a modern look.
We had a lovely 2 night stay at Avianto Suites. The location was excellent as it offers the most serene views of the sea and also is in the middle of the caldera. The minute we arrived, we were stunned for a few minutes with utter silence by the sheer beauty of the views. In terms of the hotel, if you are expecting a 5+ star hotel where you expect modern rooms, this probably isn't it, but we loved it for the value as the rooms were very functional, clean, and the views cannot be beat from your room. Breakfast was delivered to your room every morning by Sonya (a very kind and generous host) and it was really breath taking to sit in your little patio overlooking the Aegean Sea. Maria the main host helped us to navigate the area and recommended some very nice restaurants. She also helped book our cadamaran tour within 24 hour notice and everything turned out perfectly. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel due to its value, its location, and exceptional service!

Le paradis sur terre

Tout d’abord je tiens à remercier Marguarita et Maria les propriétaires de ce petit ensemble de quelques suites situé à Imerovigli pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse leurs conseils et leur spontanéité tout au long des 9 jours passés à Avianto Suites. Toutes deux ont été à nos petits soins et ont contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable dans cette île époustouflante de la mer Egée qu’est Santorin. Notre suite était spacieuse et confortable et donnait sur une terrasse privative avec jacuzzi. La vue sur la « Caldera » à couper le souffle faisait que le petit déjeuner très copieux était vraiment un moment d’exception. Les chambres parfaitement silencieuses, car en retrait de la route principale, sont impeccables de propreté (ménage tous les jours avec remplacement systématique des serviettes de bain et des draps de lits) Idéalement située à Imerovigli, pas loin de Fira la capitale de l’île, on peut facilement découvrir toute l’île ( fouilles archéologiques, musées, boutiques, plages) pour peu que vous disposiez d’un véhicule à 2 ou 4 roues. Pour déjeuner ou dîner c’est l’embarras du choix. Dans un rayon de 200 mètres on trouve des tavernes qui servent une excellente nourriture grecque (entrées variées, poissons frais ou plats cuisinés succulents). Un doute sur laquelle choisir ? Demandez conseil à Marguarita. Bref un séjour de rêve dont nous nous souviendrons longtemps et qui démontre que le pays et ses habitants sont bien loin de ressembler à la description qu’en font ses détracteurs.
