Highly recommend this place. Staff is amazing and very Helpful. It’s a quieter, hotel away from all the hustle and bustle no noise. Pool is wonderful and so are the rooms. Beds are so comfortable!!! Would definitely come back!

This hotel is what hospitality is all about. From Maria at the front desk that take care of everything and perfectly. To Spiro at breakfast and Litsa by the pool. This hotel exceeds all service expectations. New and beautiful hotel. We could not have asked for more.

Staff was super friendly, very informative, and so helpful! staff helped arranged transportation to and from the airport upon arrival and for departure. Staff helped with booking for all activities during our stay. Breakfast was also very filling and delicious. Would definitely book again for all future stays in Santorini

We stayed at Onyx for 5 nights and enjoyed the whole experience. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful with a permanent smile. Denisa and Maria were an absolute delight to communicate with and they made fabulous recommendations and booked trips / restaurants as required. Our room was clean and very comfortable with a spacious balcony. The hot tub was a bonus and was used every day throughout the stay. The pool area was picture perfect every day and well maintained. The pool bar offered everything we needed, again with a very cheerful and helpful member of staff through to 7pm each day. The hotel was quiet and was an easy 10 minute walk to local restaurants and shops. We walked into Fira a number of times and it took about 25 – 30 minutes although the buses were easy to use into Fira and Oia. We chose Onyx and Santorini to celebrate a special birthday and it was most certainly a very special and memorable place.

Great property, stylish, clean, quiet. Super freindly staff, owners Manolis and Katya are fantastic as are all yhe staff Would stay here again. Off the main area, so you dont have to deal with all the mass of tourists, but still a 10 min drive to Fira.

Very lovely and luxurious feeling space, super clean, staff was excellent and make great recommendations for restaurants and things to do and see. We loved that the hotel was just outside of Fira, 6 minute drive, but so quiet and picturesque setting with great views of the ocean.

Amazing hotel and staff! The staff went above and beyond and were all so friendly. Breakfast every morning was delicious and the dining and pool areas were kept so clean, along with our room. I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Santorini!

Quientessence of a facility.
The folks at Onyx are truly amazing.When myself and my wife stay expired and we wanted to extend,they had no room,but they made sure we got another close by Bed and Breakfast facility to stay the one night we needed before departure.Truly great people.Any other time I visit Santorini ,I must stay at Onyx.

This property is absolutely beautiful! The room was very clean and has everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful whenever needed. Our stay at Onyx truly made our visit to Santorini unforgettable. The hospitality we received from the team running the property was incredible. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is not far from Fira (walkable for us) yet. Everything is truly as pictured - not photoshopped at all. The rooms were fresh, squeaky clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast provided every morning was delicious. We loved the pool and enjoyed many tasty drinks made by the bartender. If we are ever able to visit Santorini again, we would not consider staying anywhere else. Will recommend this location to anyone we know planning a visit.
