Le personnel est très très attentionné. Par contre les transports ont posé problème en particulier AEGEN Airways et ou le système de réservation au travers du site. En effet il n’était pas clairement établi que les bagages en soute nécessitaient un paiement supplémentaire. Sur la confirmation il était noté 1 bagage à main, 1 bagage en soute 2 eme bagage en fonction du poids. Nous avons du payer 160 € de supplément pour les bagages, les desk d’enregistrement se rejetant la responsabilité. C l’est tres peu professionnel
