Good hotel, clean and nice breakfast. However, the area around is not the safest. By car or Uber you should be fine though.

Stayed for business. Clean room. Street where hotel is located is a bit rough, exercise caution when walking in the neighborhood. Uber works great in São Carlos. Two issues I had with the Hotel were the Wifi, quality was acceptable but system kept asking for username/password multiple times a day. Also you can hear everything on the door next room, a bit less if the bathroom door is closed.

Pontos negativos:um pouco distante dos estádios e ginásios da cidade, check in um pouco demorado, (só havia um funcionário e um aprendiz), quarto tem luz vermelha de emergência que fica ligada a noite toda e outra luz branca de incêndio que fica piscando tbm à noite, boxe do banheiro é pouco iluminado, corredor que vai para os quartos é bem estreito, então cada hóspede mais incauto que passava por lá, dava para ouvir os barulhos, e se a porta do quarto fica encostada , soa um alarme que incomoda bastante, além de tudo, as paredes são bem delgadas então não é muito silencioso. Mas se tiver um tapa-olho e um tapa-ouvido, já resolve grande parte dos problemas. Pontos positivos: hotel novo, bem ensolarado, limpo, cama confortável, com edredom maravilhoso, chuveiro excelente com ótimo fluxo e boa temperatura, internet funciona muito bem, estacionamento amplo, com entrada controlada pelo cartão do quarto, e opção de vagas cobertas. Ja ficamos hospedados em vários hotéis de São Carlos, então somando pontos positivos e negativos, com certeza, este é o melhor da cidade.
