Estadia sensacional, o único inconveniente foi o quarto que nos foi disponibilizado era destinado para PNEs, o que faz com que não tenha box e ao tomarmos banho molhava o banheiro inteiro. Antes de oferecer esse tipo de quarto à quem não é portador de necessidades especiais, os atendentes deveriam avisar o hóspede pois como dito, é muito ruim tomar banho num banheiro que fica completamente molhado e nos obrigava a "enxugá-lo" para outra pessoa poder transitar no mesmo.

A experiência foi péssima! Nós chegamos na sexta-feira, às 23:30 e, apesar de ter solicitado berço, ao r alizar a reserva, a solitação não foi atendida, a minha filha dormiu de forma insegura, numa cama de solteiro. Um verdadeiro absurdo. Além disso, havíamos solicitado quarto conjugado e essa solicitação também não foi atendida. Ao solicitarmos pessoalmente nenhum dos atendentes conseguiu resolver a nossa questão, totalmente despreparados. Certamente não voltaremos nunca mais!
