Péssimo
Imóvel em péssimo estado de conservação, a única janela do quarto não fecha, ainda bem que tinha grades. Tinha pernilongo no quarto e a recepção não tinha inceticidas. O quarto fica colado na entrada para o estacionamento; com o barulho, era impossível de dormir. A porta do quarto não possui vedações, era possível ouvir a conversa na recepção. Café da manhã bem básico.

Não recomendo de jeito nenhum
A limpeza certamente não é o forte do hotel e o quarto cheirava mofo. O ar condicionado não da conta do calor da cidade e do tamanho do quarto. Tem uma péssima disposição para acomodar as bagagens. O café da manhã atrasou e quase nos fez perder a refeição para não perder um transfer. Além disso o hotel estava em obra o que piorou a experiência.

A localização é o ponto forte do hotel, mas todo o restante deixa a desejar. Sei que é uma opção de baixo custo, mas entendo que falta algumas coisas. Não há ducha no hotel após a praia, que fica em frente, e você é obrigado a entrar no quarto molhado/sujo de areia. As instalações são ruins, quarto antigo, sujo, precisando de manutenções. A limpeza é básica. Estava limpo no primeiro dia mas a arrumação diária deixa a desejar, pois basicamente só arrumam a cama, o quarto permanece sujo. O café da manhã é satisfatório embora pudesse ter mais opções, mas a reposição é muito lenta, pois apenas uma pessoa repõe e fica sobrecarregada, não dando fluxo

Apesar da boa localização à beira mar as acomodações carecem de melhorias. Sinais de infiltração no quarto e banheiro. O blackout era de plástico e era menor que a janela, fazendo entrar muita luz ao raiar do dia, Colchões gastos precisando de troca e travesseiros muito alto, proporcionaram péssimo conforto e descanso para mim e minha família. O cabo de vassoura velho e sujo usado como cabideiro é solto fazendo cair nossas roupas. Não tem armário só cabideiro! Toalhas e roupas de cama velhas e nada confortáveis. Funcionários apenas preocupados em fazer o serviço e não proporcionar bom serviço ao cliente, falta simpatia e sorrisos.

Funcionários foram simpáticos e solícitos. A acomodação trazia um quarto pequeno, porém muito limpo, confortável e aconchegante. Chuveiro elétrico funcionando muito bem, com excelente vazão e temperatura da água. Café da manhã tinha bastante opções saborosas. Todo o possível para que nossa estadia fosse agradável foi feito pela equipe do Hotel. Super recomendo.

O custo benefício do hotel é bom, entretanto, os quartos precisam de reforma, os equipamentos já estão velhos e bastante desgastados, além disso o acesso ao estacionamento apresenta problemas em razão da pequena largura da via de acesso, fazendo o motorista ter receio de arranhar o carro
