The apartment was not very clean: the shower area had mold and dirt in the tile and floor joints and around the shower valve. There was dust in the coffee machine. Very thin pillows. The apartment smelled of mold. The bed linen and blanket were clean and smelled nice. New and modern furniture.

The location and roof top views here amazing. The room was a bit small but ok for us. The bed sheets were smelly and dirty. A better explanation on how the housekeeping works would be great. I paid for cleaning when I booked it for 2 days I asked how housekeeping works and was told to call a number if I needed anything so I did call and they wanted to charge me for extra towels toilet paper and cleaning again, so I just said no because I already paid. I had to use dirty towels. Check in process was a bit delayed too they would never send me the apartment number or code to get into the building.

Not really a proper hotel. Not worth it to stay there just because it’s close to the stadium because there are plenty of other and better options to stay or to go after a game or concert. Place didn’t have much space to move inside or to accommodate our 4 luggages. I’d not recommend. Expensive and not good. Very difficult to communicate, only via WhatsApp and they couldn’t do anything to help me to all my requests. Very frustrating stay.

• No electrical outlets to charge devices outside of the bathroom unless you unplug the TV and remove it from the wall. • No kitchen supplies other than a few plates and knives. • The microwave stops working at least once every day. It doesn’t work unless you unplug it and plug it back in, which you may be unable to do if you’re a woman. (It’s heavy.)

Ótimo apartamento, é bem pertinho do estádio Allianz. Com farmácia, mercado e conveniência perto. Móveis novos, lençóis e toalhas novos. A única reclamação é referente a limpeza. Deixou mt a desejar. Ficou lixo do hóspede anterior, o chão estava sem ter sido limpo e o sofá estava bem sujo.

O local é interessante, bem decorado, limpo, localizado ao lado do Allianz Parque. A única reclamação grave é que não tem blackout. As 6:00 da manhã o sol está batendo diretamente na cama. Uma das persianas da varanda estava quebrada, sendo assim não tinha privacidade.
