Muito bom, recomendo!
Muito bom, preço bom... só faltou utensilios de cozinha, estávamos e 2 adultos e 2 crianças faltou talher, pedi e não trouxeram...e por ser elevador dentro do shopping era um pouco ruim pois estava sempre cheio, mas no geral dou nota 8,7. Sinal de internet tem mas não funciona, ainda bem que levei a minha movel.
Vista para dentro do shopping.
quarto, ta bagunçado pq levantamos as 2:30 pra ir na feirinha da madrugada que passa em frente do hotel

As dependências dos quartos são excelentes ,bem estruturado tudo muito limpo e novo excelente . A minha experiência foi péssima ,pois ,ficamos sem energia por muito tempo ,os elevadores não funcionavam ,o ar condicionado não funcionava ,devido a falta de energia ,não possui iluminação de emergência.

O Apê fica bem localizado dentro do Shopping Plaza Polo. Quartos novos, boa cama e bom banheiro. Não tem panela ou um utensílio para utilizar o fogão, o que inviabiliza tê-lo no quarto. O único problema é o elevador que não é exclusivo do hotel, o que torna a experiência horrível, porque é utilizado por todos os clientes do shopping, onde você muitas vezes tem que esperar uma eternidade para pode conseguir chegar no seu quarto. No geral recomendo por toda a facilidade e comodidade que ele proporciona.

Não avisaram que o andar (e outros de baixo) estavam em reforma. Acordei as 3h e pouco da manhã com uma reforma que estava a passos do meu quarto (podiam apenas ter colocado em um quarto mais distante????!!!). As informações pra chegar até o hotel são muito difíceis de entender… pra melhorar, elevadores não funcionaram durante o dia, voltou a funcionar apenas 1 (para todo o shopping), que demorava de maisss (estávamos c mala, compras etc, muito difícil descer de escada normal). A localização ficou muito boa e prática no Brás e o padrão ape studios de conforto e praticidade sempre é muito bom, não é a primeira vez que fico, e não será a última, só não voltaria nesta unidade específica!

Estadia dentro do quarto muito boa, camas e travesseiros confortáveis, comunicação com o atendimento muito bom, para fazer compras na feira da madrugada é excelente pois a feira acontece ma frente. No geral gostei muito, a única coisa que não gostei foi do barulho nos corredores com carrinhos de compras e rodinhas de mala que me acordaram

O prédio do hotel esta em obras e se torna muito confuso você chegar ao andar onde ele funciona. Nao tem telefone no quarto pra se comunicar com a recepcao. Se for só pra pernoitar e satisfatorio!
