Quarto exatamente como a foto. Muito bom! Limpo, organizado, muito pontual, adorei. O bairro Brás fica no no centro de São Paulo, logo se for se hospedar, entenda que é um local não tão turístico. Existem muitos ambulantes nas ruas e tem que ter cuidado. Não fui assaltado nem nada, mas achei pertinente comentar.

Oii sempre fico hospedada na região e foi a primeira vez que eu fiquei neste hotel / flat. Eu gostei das acomodações porém como é dentro do shopping entenda isso a logística é diferente! Não tem janelas, os quartos são compactos, possui 2 elevadores mas se o shopping estiver lotado espere longas filas para o acesso. Não tem nada absolutamente nada perto a noite para fazer as refeições. Quem conhece o Brás sabe que as coisas fecham muito cedo. Isso acontece com os locais de comer tbm. Para comer tem que sair ou pedir ifood. Não tem nem água pra comprar dentro do shopping à noite. Gostei da hospedagem, ficaria novamente mas sempre com essa ressalva!

Estadia muito boa , tudo organizado e de acordo com as fotos. Só é ruim a entrada do quarto , que a senha da fechadura não abria , daí tinha que pedir pra recepção fazer a abertura. cama, cobertas e toalhas boas. Voltaria sem dúvida.

Por volta de 19h começou um barulho horrível de furadeira, liguei para a recepção e fui comunicado que o barulho iria até as 22h, já que o shopping ainda estava em obra! Por volta das 5h da manhã o alarme de incêndio começou a tocar, fui informado que não havia incêndio, porém não conseguiam desligar. A acomodação é boa, tudo novo e confortável, porém não consegui descansar. Minha previsão de saída era por volta das 8h, sai às 5h com aquele barulho ensurdecedor do alarme!

A acomodação no Plaza Polo é excelente contudo 2 pontos carecem de melhoria. Considerando estar instalada dentro do busca busca tivemos uma dificuldade imensa pra utilizar o elevador em horários de pico. Interessante que seja verificado a possibilidade de restringir um dos elevadores somente para utilização de quem está hospedado. O imóvel também não conta ainda com panelas ou chaleira elétrica interessante ser acrescentado
