The apartments were nice but unfortunately their listing on Expedia.com is messed up. Stayed several weeks but were forced to move because the listing and pics made me rebook the wrong room. Very disturbing that I couldn’t just stay where I was. They were not very nice about this either. I won’t be back.

This property forced us to change rooms insisting that despite me using the same link and photos on Expedia.com that they could not extend our stay. Had to pack up and move to another room. They need to fix their Expedia pages. It took nearly two hours on WhatsApp with them to get access to the new room to not be out on the street.

Foi tudo ótimo! Super limpo, confortável. Achei a localização muito boa, pois é próximo ao metrô. O wifi nao estava funcionando, mas na hora em que entrei em contato com o charlie pelo whatsapp, foi imediatamente resolvido. Atendimento nota 1000. Não é a primeirvez que fico lá e com certeza ficarei novamente.

Localização e instalações boas, apartamento novinho. Cama e chuveiro muito bons. Pontos negativos: barulho alto, a janela precisa de isolamento acústico com urgência. No decorrer dos dias tb apareceu um forte cheiro de esgoto/retorno que precisa ser verificado.
