This place wasn’t what I thought it was, it’s more of a studio apartment in a residential building. It’s modern construction but the unit I stayed in 1606 needed repairs. It has lovely views of the neighborhood though. Also everything is done through WhatsApp, unfortunately my check in information was never sent and when I showed up to reception they had no idea about anything , the reception is just there for the residents. But they had a nice gym and pool. And the door to the unit if an electronic lock which you are supposed to get a code the day before..supposed to anyway.

I felt unsafe! The door codes are not changed. It was my third time at this property and I realized the door code was the same as last time. In addition another guest tried to get into my room (this person had the code) saying the room was booked for her. Super disappointing! In addition lamp was broken, toilet was not in good condition.

Nice apartment but leaking attention to detail
The studio apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. My only gripe you my stay was dealing with the WhatsApp customer service when we had difficulties with the coded door to get in the apartment. There was no human to talk to when dealing with our difficulties, the only way to communicate was by texting a message. We stayed for 3 nights and we were only issued 2 small bars of soap and 2 coffee cartridge for the coffee maker.

Wonderful brand new small apartment! Building with great amenities makes you feel like you’re living there. I travelled alone and felt very safe staying here and in the neighborhood with plenty of dining options, grocery (Oba), shopping and next to a subway station. Just make sure to complete the online registration before checking in to avoid waiting past check-in time.
