O processo de check-in é péssimo, o lugar difícil de enxergar, não possui nenhuma identificação, o portão fica trancado e não há recepção, difícil contatar via telefone. Tivemos que aguardar na rua aproximadamente 30 minutos até alguém vir nos receber. Único ponto positivo: Localização

O quarto era um forno de quente fora os pernilongos te picando. Não consegui dormir direito. O banheiro além de conpartilhado com outros inquilinos muito apertado não tem água quente. O ponto positiva que tem Netflix liberado.

Estabelecimento simples, porém com boas condições de uso, bom serviço de limpeza e bom atendimento. Estacionamento próprio com preço justo.
