Not bad, but could be better.
The place isn't bad, but if you stay for long period you need to pay a lot for them to clean your room, there's no basic cleaning tool for you to do yourself, bed sheets there's only one, so you need to wash yourself and there's no spare to put on bed in-between wash, the same for towels.. .. location is great
They need an App for International travelers. The concept is great but useless if you're not Brazilian.
They need to be more careful on how they clean rooms. This is a big issue and I hope they take care of it.

This hotel is not suitable for international travellers as you need to use an APP to check-in and to use any services like laundry machine or make requests. The APP is ONLY in Portuguese and the staff only speak Portuguese. Also the hotel only offers minimal supplies, even though we were staying 8 days. One bath towel per person for 8 days. A kitchen with no dish soap or drying towels. A patio with lounge chairs but no chair pads or towels. One TV on the wall at the end of the bed but only one thin pillow to put behind your back to watch in bed. This hotel might aspire to be a technology hotel like CitizenM but really misses the target.
Ótima opção, com certeza se tiver oportunidade irei retornar

Apartamentos compactos porém com uma boa acústica. Tive problema com o checkin, certamente a pessoa que estava atendendo não tinha habilidade com o sistema. Tinha gente fumando no andar, havia muito cheiro de cigarro nos corredores e retornando pela ventilação do banheiro.
Excelente localização e bem moderna e prática.
Nota 10 para o custo/benefício. O preço é muito bom pela qualidade do local.
Pontos a serem melhorados:
1. Banheiro sem ducha higiênica.
2. Qualidade da cama: a cama é espaçosa, mas não é confortável. Acordamos todos os dias com dores nas costas.
3. Não reposição de toalhas e itens básicos como papel higiênico.
4. É comum o odor de m@c0nh@ nos corredores da Housi. Deveria haver uma fiscalização disso, pois não é permitido fumar na acomodação, nem cigarro nem m@c0nh@ principalmente, mas como não fiscalizam, isso ocorre.
5. Itens de comodidade disponiveis apenas para locação: ex.: secador. A ideia é interessante e moderna, mas nao é prática. Melhor seria a diária custar um pouco mais e ter esse tipo de item disponível na acomodação.
