Boa localização, espaço pequeno demais.
O quarto era muito pequeno, o banheiro tinha um cheiro muito forte. As pessoas da recepção muito simpáticas, porém o sistema lento demais e pouco funcionários para atender, a fila para fazer check inn sempre muito longa e no máximo 2 pessoas atendendo. A localização era muito boa, e o acesso para ir ao shopping foi maravilhoso.

Passamos apenas 1 diária com bebe de 1 ano. Acesso ao shopping Tamboré foi muito comodo para fazer refeições sem precisar tirar o carro. O quarto é pequeno, chuveiro muito bom, cafe da manhã tambem estava gostoso, estacionamento pago a parte para a empresa que administra 35,00 diária. Foi uma boa experiência.

A estadia foi boa, porém não houve arrumação do quarto no dia seguinte. E eu tinha deixado uma observação que a pia do banheiro estava entupida. Como a moça não passou para arrumar o quarto., logo não viu meu recado no cartão que eles deixam informando quem é a responsável pelo quarto. Nela havia a informação da pia entupida. No mais tudo Ok. Recepção muito boa, funcionários atenciosos e o café também estava bom.

Boa tarde! Essa foi a segunda vez que me hospedei no Ibis , e tbm tive aborrecimento pois o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, estava mos cansados e a atendente da recepção queria que esperasse mos mais do q já tinha mos esperados. Então fica a dica, antes de mandarem um hóspede para o quarto verifiquem se está tudo funcionando corretamente. E a tv que tem no quarto geralmente tbm não pega nada.
