The property is well-maintained. It is located on a quiet street just off Avenida Paulista so it is close to bars, cafes and shopping. Subway station is nearby. The breakfast is of excellent quality. The staff is what makes this hotel outstanding. I don’t speak Portuguese at all, yet with their help and patience I thoroughly enjoyed my one-week stay in São Paulo.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! As a solo traveler, I felt extremely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was truly impressive, with a vast selection of delicious options to suit every taste. The quality of the food was top-notch, and the presentation was impressive. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding staff. Every single member of the team was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. From the warm welcome to the fond farewell, I felt valued and appreciated throughout. The hotel's emphasis on safety and security was evident, and I appreciated the extra measures in place to ensure guests' well-being. Great hotel! Not only clean, modern and well-maintained but it also felt very comfortable and luxurious with very attentive and polite staff who made every effort to make the stay pleasant. The hotel itself is ideally situated and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and attractions. I definitely would stay here again.
