Bom, primeiramente começou que meu quarto alagou por 2x. Após alguma insistência me mudaram de quarto, novamente alagou e novamente fui trocado de quarto. A automatização dos quartos não funcionam como deveriam, alguns comandos não são atendidos pela Alexia, além do mais me colocaram num quarto com uma vista para um escritório, se você deixar o que eles chamam de “varanda”aberto quem está em baixo da de ver tudo dentro do quarto. A piscina tem uma arquitetura muito bonita, porém parece uma água de geladeira, um hotel que se diz 5 estrelas poderia ter no mínimo uma piscina aquecida. Outra extrema falta de estrutura é não servir café da manhã no quarto, realmente decepcionante. O restaurante está muito longe de ser bom, pedi uma vieira que estava totalmente passada, estava com cheiro forte de frutos do mar, e quem entende sabe que frutos do mar fresco não pode ter cheiro. Pedi também um camarão que estava muito ruim, sem tempero, sem sal. O restaurante muito muito fraco. Sem falar no frigobar, coisas muitos básicas para um hotel que se diz 5 estrelas, além de uma cerveja extremamente ruim. Quando indagando isso para gerente geral, ela me disse que é uma cerveja feita pelo próprio hotel e etc. Porém com toda sinceridade, é horrível. Espero que tenha passado o “Soft Open” e tenha melhorado o hotel.

O hotel é muito bonito e o atendimento é muito bom também. Todavia, acredito que o valor que é cobrado pelas diárias não são compatíveis com o hotel. Quartos pequenos e apertados, não tem espaço de trabalho, nem mesa para uma refeição. A varanda do quarto não tem nenhuma utilidade... Fomos no soft opening e o room service não estava ativo no hotel, o que deu uma impressão não muito boa. No mais, o hotel é bom.
