L'appartamento ha un potenziale enorme, se solo fosse gestita come si dovrebbe Ho prenotato ad aprile per 4 giorni ad agosto...ho contattato l'host 3 giorni prima di arrivare ma non mi ha risposto...il giorno dopo l'ho contattata con wattsapp e dopo vari messaggi e telefonate sono riuscita ad avere risposta per l'orario del check-in La casa e' nolto bella e il posto e' favoloso, immerso nei vigneti

Am Check-in Tag Storniert

Ich habe es auf grund einer Stornierung von einem anderen Anbieter als ersatzt vorgeschlagen bekommen. Dieses Objekt wurde dan am Tag des Check-in 3 stunden zuvor Storniert. Dies alles in der Hauptsaison. Keine Hilfe vom anderen Anbieter noch von FeWo. Da alles andere augebucht war, hatte ein Einheimischer mitleit mit uns und wir konnten in einem kleinen Zimmer schlafen. Nie wider werde ich über diese Seiten buchen es war eine Katastrophe

Gebucht - bezahlt - Vermieter meldet sich nicht

Ich habe das Haus gebucht, bezahlt und tagelang versucht Kontakt per Mail und Telefon aufzunehmen, um den Standort zu erfahren und die Schlüssel zu bekommen. Es gab keine Rückmeldung vom Vermieter, die FeWo-Hotline konnte nicht helfen, das Geld ist weg, ich habe letztlich mit viel Glück ein Hotelzimmer erwischt und doppelt gezahlt ! Nicht zu empfehlen !
