The staff was amazing. The room was comfortable and very quiet. The hotel also has laundry facilities, an ice machine, and a microwave that made it very convenient for me. The one thing I would have liked was for the hotel to offer bottled water or a water fountain instead of just a vending machine.

The toilet was dirty when check in. There was dirty on the toilet cover, and pee and used toilet paper in the toilet. I doubted if they ever wash the toilet for the next customers. Room is extremely small, I cannot even open my luggage. Front desk service is bad, staffs don’t speak English at all. They don’t bother to help you.

Very dirty, bathroom toilet super stingy. Pee drops marks found on the toilet seat. Smoking room never clean, tiny small smoking room can only fit two regular size people, can only fit one big guy. Never again! A lot of hotels in that area, will not come back!!!

Hotel is just minutes walk from Odori station, Streetcar and Tanukikoji Shopping street. Staffs were very nice. Hotel is all equipped with necessary items. Room is big for 4 pax but has very limited space to place all our large luggage. Overall we had very pleasant stay.
