I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the main downtown area on foot. We have a one-year-old baby, and the tatami room was the best choice for us. It provided a comfortable and safe space for our little one to play. The small onsen was also a great addition, very useful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Very comfortable stay and convenient
The staff are very friendly and helpful, able to communicate in English, quick check in and out. The only problem is the public bath is very crowded at night. Just a few minutes to shopping centres.

お風呂はいつでも入れるし、部屋も綺麗で良かった。札幌駅から六花亭、同庁（工事中）、テレビ塔、大通り公園、時計台と観光しながらホテルに歩いていけた。ホテル下はコンビニがあり充分な環境でした。

일단 위치가 타누키코우지 상점가 바로 옆이고, 모육빌딩 등이 바로 걸어서 2-3분 거리입니다. 오도리 및 스스키노 걸어서 10분 안쪽이고 주요 유명한 레스토랑 등도 주변에 많이 위치하고 있습니다. 타 일본 호텔보다 약간 방이 커서 캐리어 2개를 펼 수 있네요. 처음 체크인 시 세면대 물이 잘 안내려가서 컨시어지에 문의하니 바로 처리해 주셨습니다. 대욕탕도 매우 좋습니다. 단 주말에는 좀 붐비네요. 평일에는 사용시간대에 따라 다르지만 3-4명 정도 이용합니다.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient spot in Sapporo. The staff were fantastic - my partner was sick and the receptionist literally spent 50 minutes on the phone to find us a same-day appointment with an English-speaking doctor.
