Great overall, but the amenities could be better.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. It’s location was perfect, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the onsen and lounge facilities, which were well-maintained. However, the quality of the amenities provided in the lobby could be improved.

The room size for 3 pax is a bit unexpectedly smaller than what I think, and difficult to move around inside the room, it is basically a room for 2 person only. If I would know this, I will rather book or pay for a bigger room. But breakfast is good however lack of varieties comparing to other similar categories of hotels, and disappointed they don’t even serve omelette in breakfast. Otherwise, the hotel is in a good location easily accessible to Sapporo station, dining and shopping areas.

Loved it here!
We stayed one night in the Pom Pom Purin character room which we highly recommend and loved. It was limited to a one night stay so we reserved a second room through hotels.com and they linked the reservations for us making the room change super easy: we packed up our bags and left them in our room, when we came back to check into the second room, they had moved our bags for us - including our drinks we forgot in the refrigerator! Close to the train station in a beautiful city with very friendly people.
