We were denied entry because hotel decided very late and without notice not take guests. Very very irresponsible snd dangerous. We had no Where to go during a category 5 hurricane that made landfall in Sarasota, Fl, where we are! Life threatening!

The hotel and staff are very good, the only thing in the description said parking available, but they had available valet for a extra fee of $45, when I asked they told me that self parking was eliminated since June but apparently they have not updated that information in the page.

Long hairs all over the bathtub which was disgusting. Musty smell I the room. Horrible pillows. Old furniture colour faded furnishings. Definitely not with the price we paid. Plus $50 for parking and $33 for fees. Will never stay in this place ever again nor will we choose a Hyatt from now on.

Having to pay the $45 daily parking plus the $30 daily resort fee took me by surprise. I’m not usually one to complain about prices but had I known of the fee I might have stayed elsewhere. Quite noisy as construction is happening which is not the hotels fault. Overall is was a good stay.
