Had a two night stay with my husband for his birthday. The property was very nice and the staff was super friendly. Lynn at the front desk was very efficient and friendly, she even gave my husband a gift for his birthday. The food in the tiki bar was really good and our waitress Erin did not miss a beat. Lastly our hosts for breakfast Bruce and Mariam was so kind and welcoming. Overall the service was excellent..

The Tiki Bar was amazing! The outdoor pool was incredible! The beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff did a good job of tidying the rooms and restocking toiletries and towels daily. However the hotel rooms were a bit run down - grout was discoloured and carpet had stains. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work (if there was one) and the rooms can be loud depending on who is next to you.

We were not notified when we booked and paid for the room that we had to pay a deposit upon check in. When we arrived and were told we could not get the room unless we paid the $80 deposit, the desk clerk canceled our reservation and we had to reserve the room all over again, at a higher price. The customers in front of us were gifted with a packaged bottle of champagne, and the desk clerk rudely refused us this option. The rest of the stay was okay, except the desk clerk. She ruined our stay at the ramada. A credit for another night would be greatly appreciated and satifying.

A/C unit sounded like a hurricane was outside. Would loose water pressure while taking a shower. Tv was huge, easy to see in bed. Bed was comfortable. Nice big refrigerator too.

This place was just perfect for our stay. We had the marina front 1st floor. Room was great. Restaurant on property was great also. Had live music on Fri & Sat night. Property is close to tons of restaurants & of course the beach.
