The night we arrived we shared a floor with an unaccompanied minors who managed to set the fire alarm off at 1am in the morning. It went off for an hour. Also I paid $700 for a 2 night stay and it did not include breakfast. That’s a total rip off.

Fire alarm went off and there was hardly any information provided to the guests. People were not sure if they were supposed to evacuate or not. The fire door separating our hallway from the elevator lobby was propped open with a towel. That could have been disastrous in preventing the spread of the fire if it were near our rooms. The strobe lights did not flash in unison which is required under the fire code. Front desk staff informed the guests that it was due to someone vaping in their room but “they had no idea of finding out who it was”. That makes absolutely no sense considering the addressable smoke detection system would give you the exact location and room number where the vaping occurred. It’s very disappointing that something so serious was handled so poorly. I would be concerned to see the response during a real fire incident.

We left a VRBO after a very bad experience. The hotel has a nice location downtown near the park, the track, historical sights, and restaurants. We had no complaints.

We stayed for 5 nights for a quick vacation in Saratoga Springs and surrounding area. The hotel is located with easy access to parks and historical sites. The restaurant was great and we enjoyed dining there. Parking available.

The shuttle service was great and the driver, Ethan, was the best part of the stay. He has a great personality. The room cleaning service leaves a lot to be desired. They didn't clean the tub even after that was mentioned to the front desk. The toilet had a flushing issue in our room and several others.
