The smart layout of this home strikes the balance of keeping groups together with providing guests with some space to spread out.

This updated semi-detached home is MUCH larger than it looks and can be enjoyed for extended stays (30 nights or longer).

Main Floor - Layout:
* The main floor offers the first 3 bedrooms. These vary in size as there is the master bedroom (larger) with queen bed, 1 medium sized bedroom with queen bed, a 1 smaller sized bedroom with single sized bunk beds.
* Off the main floor hallway is also where you will discover the first of the two full bathrooms. This is an updated 4pc bathroom with new fixtures and modern decor. This avoids the need to climb stairs for any late night potty runs.
* The fully equipped and spacious kitchen is open to the dining area and the living room (plus work space)

Lower Level - Layout:
The lower level of this home features the second 4pc bathroom, the second living room/recreation room, the laundry facilities and the 3 additional bedrooms all with queen sized beds. These lower level bedrooms also vary in size as there is there are 2 medium sized bedrooms, a 1 smaller sized bedroom.

Six (6) BEDROOMS:
The 6 bedrooms each offer super comfy beds with new mattresses for a restful nights sleep, plenty of storage options and are decorated in relaxing neutral tones with a few fun quirky touches.
There are closet spaces in 5 of the 6 bedrooms to hang your belongings. And not to worry, there is a dresser in bedroom #6 available for your storage needs.

KITCHEN:
The updated and fully equipped kitchen provides the ability to prepare your own home cooked meals. There are plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishes provided that let you get right down to creating your feast. Feeding a small army? No worries this space offers a full sized fridge and stove; in addition to smaller appliances like coffee maker, microwave and toaster. ADDED BONUS - the built in dishwasher makes clean up a breeze.

LIVING ROOM (with Work Space):
The living room is decorated in soft neutral tones for a relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of seating options for your group to settle in around TV (with unlimited internet use for streaming your favourite shows, movies or sporting events)
The work space offers a laptop friendly area for guests needing to stay connected while travelling. Internet/WIFI connectivity is strong and will support multiple devices simultaneously.

Two (2) BATHROOMS:
Both bathrooms have been updated to feature a current colour palette, contemporary fixtures and modern decor. Plenty of towels are provided and our guest amenities are environmentally conscious. (and umm... well... they smell amazing too!)

LAUNDRY:
✔ YES!! - there is a laundry room available for use.
✘ NOPE!! - there is no extra charge to use the machines

** Insider Tip: Check out the basket in the hall closet, there are some additional items just in case you did forget an essential, so there is a good chance that we might just have you covered :)

✔ Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with the fridge, a full sized electric stove and small appliances including a toaster, microwave, and coffee maker.

✔ Yes. Coffee and tea are provided.

✔ Yes. The traditional kettle is waiting on the stove... come get settled in.

✘ Heck no!!... you do NOT have to bring your own toilet paper. We are thrilled to report that toilet paper is provided (I must say, it's the nice stuff too) Rest assured that we have your backside covered. :)
