The pillows go very flat once laid on which was not comfortable. Enjoyed that there was a microwave, good size fridge and coffee maker. Toilet paper is very rough to use. Like the welcome cookies. Would have liked an email sent out to let us know the pool wasn’t working.

Great hotel with less impressive restaurant
Great facilities and location. We did not enjoy the limited breakfast options as we don’t eat pork and the restaurant did not offer replacements of any pork products with, chicken, turkey, beef etc. If you enjoy a meaty breakfast but don’t eat pork, don’t pre-pay for breakfast. Safe your money and go to a restaurant with more options or willingness to off replacements.

The staff member that checked us in was nice. The room was nice looking and the beds were comfortable. However, the shower was broken. When you pulled the stopper up to change it from tub to shower, the water continued to pour from the faucet. This meant the water was well above your ankles by the end. Also my husband dropped his socks and lifted the bed skirt to check under there for them. I don’t know if anyone had done that in months. Crumbs, dirt and even a shriveled baby orange was hiding under there.

I wish I had got her name- but the lady at the front desk who checked me in on Tuesday night(around 8:30) is excellent- friendly, warm, and efficient. Second time I have seen her at check in. Hotel is clean and comfortable- nice spacious rooms.

Great place to stay. Great breakfast!! I bit noisy cause a team of girls (ringette) stay in the same floor. Not sure why the parents didn’t under that more people need to rest (not a hotel fault).

Only things to change right away are pillows (yours are too flat and unsupportive) and, make the tracks longer so that the black out blinds can be closed (waste of black out blinds when they are used only as framing drapes!). I won’t stay again because of these two issues. Otherwise, great bedding, mattress, furniture, appointment and amenities.
