The air conditioning in the restaurant/lounge was broken again. I understand this is an ongoing issue. I feel for the staff and as a guest it was extremely uncomfortable. Ruined the evening experience for us. All staff I would give 5 stars, amazing service all around.

Although the hotel was clean, I didn't like the fact there were hidden fees such as parking and having to pay for my child's breakfast. Every Holiday Inn I've stayed at includes the breakfast.

Weird concept there. What are they trying to portray? Is it a rockstar/concert theme?? Area around the hotel is suspect at best, especially at night. Broken coffee makers, no cups, charge for in lobby coffee etc. etc. Sheraton is older but is where I will stay next time.

Very clean,nice place.Really liked the secure parking,building as a whole had very good security.Was disappointed room had stand up shower as website said it was a deep soaker tub.Bed was not the most comfy,pillows were too soft.That’s why the 3 star rating.

Half the view was taken up by the roof of entrance. Room was clean and service was friendly. Too bad you have to pay for parking, best continental breakfast out there...eggs made to order!
