Superb, typical charentese village home of great quality. In a small, very peaceful village, close from Saujon, large and comfortable master house with spacious volumes. The ideal place for quiet holidays, far from the noise and crowdy seaside cities, bu close enough for everyone to find what he/she 's looking for. Cycling path a few meters away to go to Saujon with no road beside it, A lake with pool center and teleski for the sportmen and Saujon Spas for the ones who prefer a more slowly rythm. Notwithstanding the pool is not heated (opened from May to the end of September), dates may vary according to the weather, perfect for sunbedding and refresh yourselves.
The house has 4 bedrooms, all fo them on the first floor, including a master bedroom of 40m² with a bed 160cm wide. In the other bedrooms, 1 bed of 140cm width, the 2 others have single beds that can be joined together. Fully equipped kitchen with a filter coffe machine and a nespresso, large dining room. The chimney is strictly decorative. Finally, a large rest room. Internet connection ok in the House, baby cot and chair. Beddings, linen and towels included in the price of the end of stay cleaning.
The pool is equipped with a store which make it secured to young children, however the daily use of it is under the full responsability for the adults on site. The chimney can be used but wood is not furnished. Small quatities can be bought in garden stores and supermarkets nearby. A tourism tax may be added to your total quote depending on the period of your stay and booking channel. This will be notified on request and after booking.

Für uns der perfekte Ort
Sehr gut. Das Haus lag in einem Ortsteil von Saujon, nur 20 km vom Atlantik entfernt. Wir bevorzugten als Strand die Côte Sauvage , aber auch die Strände entlang der Küste um Royan waren sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Vorteil , nicht direkt an der Küste zu wohnen: französische Lebensart abseits der Touristenmeilen zu erleben . Märkte , Cafés , Boulangerien, Feste , kleine Restaurants und Bistros , Kirchen und Abteien . Und natürlich speziell in der Region : Austern und andere Meeresfrüchte absolut frisch vor Ort genießen! Das schöne Haus mit seinem tollen Innenhof war an sehr heißen Tagen der perfekte Rückzugsort !

Notre séjour à Saujon a été décevant. En effet, la maison à haut potentiel nous annonçait 4 point d’eaux. Hors 1 salle de bain et un WC privatifs, une salle de douche commune, un WC commun sans lavabo et pour arriver à 4 je dois rajouter l’évier de la cuisine ou le robinet de la machine à laver dans la buanderie. Cette maison prévue pour 8 personnes (4 chambres) n’est pas adaptée pour 4 couples, 2 chambres superbes dont 1 suite parentale et 2 chambres pouvant convenir pour seulement des enfants (l’une sans armoire ou placard, l’autre avec armoire mais impossible à ouvrir sans déplacer le lit). L’extérieur : - La piscine est belle, dommage que l’entretien soit si parcimonieux, nous avons dû balayer les plages et l’ensemble de la terrasse et appeler le propriétaire pour qu’il passe le robot. Le nettoyage à l’épuisette étant insuffisant à rendre utilisable la piscine. Nous n’avons jamais revu le robot sur les 2 semaines de location. - La terrasse en bois plus que vétuste est dangereuse, les fauteuils et l’ensemble du matériel (table, chaises) à disposition sont en équilibre sur les planches restant encore stables. En adultes vigilants, nous avons seulement récupéré quelques échardes mais imaginons 2 où 3 enfants. - Barbecue : vidé de ses cendres mais pas nettoyé (grille en place non utilisable sans nettoyage). Une plancha serait plus adaptée. Nous partons en location depuis 30 ans, c’est la première fois que nous sommes autant déçus. Nous avons parfois payé moins cher pour la q
