Staff very rude and unfriendly. Had miscommunication, and willingness to help with the situation was not good. Couldn't book in even though room was paid for. Would not take my virtual visa for $50 deposit. Wouldn't accept cash. Left to sleep in my vehicle in a snow storm for 2 days.

Lamp in room that doesnt work unless plugged in. Doesnt have switch to turn it off. Tv is in Standard Definition. No channel guide that describes channel, program. Remote isnt easiest to understand or navigate. Bathroom sink tap is single "knob" style with no indication of how to use. Over bearing countertop extends over toilet. Cheap one ply toilet paper. Not enough condiments to equal amount of coffee pouches given. Essentially room is dated. But, given the fact the price that was paid for the room, i guess the saying is true - you get what you pay for. Associating with the popular namebrand such as Wyndham, one would think a certain level of service would be standard. Such is not the case here. Unless this is the standard set by Wyndham
