Refused to provide a room, kept our money.
Was not permitted the night in the hotel after paying for it on account of having a cat. Advertised as pet friendly, there are only a few specific rooms for pets.. The hotel then claimed that because i was not given a room, that meant that I had cancelled, outside of their cancellation window and they kept my money and rented the room to others. I attempted to contact the hotel 4 times and never received a reply.

Our stay at this property was great! We booked a pet friendly room with two double beds. The beds and pillows were clean and comfy. The room was spotless. They provided a food & water dish including a treat and poop bag for my dog. The pool opens early which made it great for us travellers who had to get back on the road early. Although this time we did not eat in the attached restaurant we have before and really enjoyed the food and short walk from our rooms. We will definitely come back again on our next road trip!

This has to be one of the worst outdated dingy hotels I have ever stayed in. Needs a complete overhaul. Poor room layout. Burnt out bulbs and just smells old
