Filthy and disgusting
This was disgusting. Room was filthy. Dog hair collected on my feet. Coffee maker broken. Elevator was broken. Parking was $45 per day.

Hotel is in an excellent, walkable area. There is a filling station nearby if you get a craving for snacks. Front Desk staff are amazing. They are all so friendly and helpful. Biggest issue is that room was not cleaned during my stay. Had to go to desk every night and ask for towels. The trash can just piled up. Plus, there were issues even on arrival with the cleanliness of the room. On arrival saw housekeeping and asked them to tidy crumbs and paper behind an ottoman. That was the last the room was cleaned. The other thing that was yuk is the closet and bathroom are all one room. Suitcases and hanging clothes were in the bathroom, yuk!

Room as ok, floor was a touch sticky. The hallways were filled with weed smell, beer cans, and luggage carts. One beer can didn't move for from Fri to Sunday morning. Staff were sweet, especially the valet team. Pool deck was a little worn, but the pool was warm and relaxing.

At first glance the room looked nice. But then we found food leftover in the fridge, a used condom wrapper in the bedside table, pubic hair on the sheets. But the worst part was I was in the shower and someone knocked on the door. Before I could get out of the shower and open the door someone used a key and opened the door and came in our room. I called downstairs to the front desk and they said that they had no idea who it was. Bottom line we didn’t feel safe. Gross hotel. I do not recommend it.

Could not get in through front doors, had to come in through valet parking. Also would have appreciated being able to park in their garage without having to use valet. Also would have been nice if there was a microwave in our room vs having to go to lobby to warm up food.

Ridiculous parking. They set you up to pay $45 to park onsite. If you don't, you will park a block down in what appears to be an unsafe neighborhood. Staff was unorganized when it came to valet parking (on site). Our room wasnt ready at 4:15PM. We had to wait even after standing in a long line for check in. Room was clean and the property was quiet.
