Great location, breakfast and service very nice, rooms clean and spacious. Only downside was that the elevator was out of order during our visit, and the hotel walls aren’t very soundproof. But affordable and fine for a one night visit or stopover.

I chose this hotel from a list of others in the area its pool and hot tub as I was driving a long distance with my two kids that day. I thought it would be good for the kids to get some movement in before bedtime with a nice swim especially after being stuck in the car all day, and also for me take a nice soak in the hot tub. But upon check in I was informed the heater in the hot tub was not working and the pool was there for not heated. We were also told the elevator was broken and we had to carry our bags for the night up to the second floor. Not that big of a deal, but slightly annoying when you have small kids with lots of necessities for the night. The hotel was clean and quiet at least. We got a good night’s rest. If I had any suggestions, I would say the mattresses could use an upgrade and breakfast should be extended by an hour to 10 am.

We arrived later than we had planned. The check in ladies were very nice and friendly, told us not to skip breakfast because of the sausage was locally made. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices. The only downside was that when we arrived to our room we had to get in though the sliding glass door, and some guest near our room and around our room were smoking marijuana, we arrived later at night, but it was coming in though our AC unit and our rooms were supposed to be smoke free. So not sure who was smoking near the rooms but even at 7:30am the next morning we woke up to marijuana smell via our Ac unit. We quickly got dressed and to breakfast to escape the smell. All guest were friendly and nice along with hotel staff.

The elevator was broke they said it would open and close 15 times then take you up. It never did we used the stairs. Next day broke sign was on it. The bath tub held the water as you showered and never went down. I reported it when we left.Otherwise great stay nice beds and very clean.

Set back a little from main road; was happily surprised at the level of quiet inside and out; check in was easy and quick; she was very pleasant and personable; room was very clean and comfortable. Can’t speak for the breakfast because I left too early.

I have stayed here a handful of times over the last 5 years. It has gone down hill significantly. This property allows animals of all sizes, and it shows. I am sorry to say that many animal owners fall short of being good pet parents and this property shows that. Pet hair was in our room, a Patron allowed her large very cute labradoodle to come up and lick the table right next to my husbands plate at breakfast, and I almost stepped in pet waste in parking lot grass area.

Waste of Time and Money! Terrible management
Didn't get any rest from getting bit all night from bedbugs, passing train shakes the building every 45 min. Management was despicable, restless, stressed. The worst excuse for customer service I have ever seen! We definitely will not be spending our hard earned money at this old crappy hotel ever again! The Jacuzzi/pool didn't even work, Mz. P. Jackson and team said "So what they don't care". I regret not driving 2-3 more exits to Savannah
