Great property- easy walking distance to a lot of things. Self parking is a little bit of a pain- parking garage across street and difficult to get unloaded in front of hotel. But there is valet parking if you want. I would definitely stay again

We loved this location because we could walk to River Street for shopping, dining, and site seeing. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. One of the two elevators was out of service and that was a bit frustrating on check-out day, but otherwise not bad. The open air pool on the top floor was amazing!

Not clean- even after I asked for a cleaning
I booked the hotel last minute. I noticed some hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the door frame. The front desk said they would address it that morning. When we went back to the room, that afternoon, the beds were made but there were still the same hairs in the bathroom plus a hair pin that wasn’t there when we left. I won’t be staying there again.

Only had one working elevator. Often had to wait for it and often stopped on every floor as all guest were dependent on the one elevator

This was an amazing facility, the only issue I had was only one elevator was usable. However the rooms were very clean, comfortable and welcoming. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
