Contitions and very disappointed

When we arrived, I wanted to leave. We drove five hours in traffic, were tired and too late to change reservations. The front desk was friendly! The hotel needs to be tore down. Everything was is in poor condition. Vagrants in the parking lot, drug deals going on. Peeling paint, dirty diapers in walk ways. What was the point to complain, it would not get better! The only thing positive, the tv and hot water worked. I feel as though I should be refunded. Take this place off your list

You get what you pay for

Walls are paper thin and you will hear everything going on outside. Management does nothing to quiet down people outside. Door locks are old and worn out, deadbolts get stuck, door chains fall off, keys dont work. Front desk worker was rude and annoyed I interrupted their personal phone call to get help getting into room after door lock failed (needed maintenance to come help fix it) On the bright side, it was actually fairly clean of a room and comfortable bed and pillows. Housekeeping are nice people, treat them well!

Uncomfortable Stay Due to Smell and Noise

I stayed at Quality Inn Midtown from February 15 to February 16, and unfortunately, my experience was not the best. Despite specifically requesting a non-smoking room, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and humidity, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the fridge and air conditioning unit were extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. The noise was constant and disruptive, which significantly affected the quality of rest. I was expecting a better experience, but these issues made my stay far from pleasant. I would not choose this hotel again unless these problems are addressed.

The room was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, there was a strong smell of weed coming from another room, even though ours was a non-smoking room. It was a bit unpleasant. Also, the ice machine was out of order, which was inconvenient. Other than that, the stay was decent for the price.
