The desk clerk assigned me a room and gave me a key and when I went to it, it was already occupied! Thank goodness the person was not in or it could have been very uncomfortable and in this day and age, dangerous. I was then given a different room which was not what I had reserved. The bathroom was clean, but dated. The sink was loose (movable) under the quartz countertop and all the grout around the tub was gray and stained and had been attempted to be covered with more grout to cover the dirty grout. The window blackout curtains had no rods to close them (up way high) and I had to jump with a hanger to close them the best I could. Overall it was fine. It was a 12 hour stay. But I was disappointed after what I had expected.

In general the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were decent. Our only issue was that the A/C unit was making a squeaky sound throughout the night. It was late so we didn’t report until check out. The lady at the service desk was super apologetic and thanked us for telling them so they could fix it before the next guest. We would stay again next time we need a quick place to sleep while traveling.

Very disappointed
This hotel had good reviews and as part of the Wyndham chain, I expected a good stay. Sadly, I was wrong. First the good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Now, the bad. When we first walked into our room, we found out the refrigerator didn’t work. We have refrigerated medicines, so a refrigerator was a must. We told the front desk staff who was helpful and gave us a different room. The new room had coffee, but no coffee pot. We always travel with our own coffee maker, so this wasn't a huge issue for us, but was another indication of the lack of attention to the property's condition. The toilet would run and run without stopping about half the time. The room was recently renovated, but the the cleaning was marginal. All of these are fairly minor, but altogether add up to a less than desirable stay. But there was a total deal- breaker. Our door would not latch and lock. We discovered this leaving for an early morning appointment. We had to remove all of our valuables and lock them in the car, and just hope no one came in and stole our remaing property or trashed the room. We reported this to the front desk clerk and he assured us it would be fixed when we got back. It wasn't. Fortunately, we were leaving the next day, or we would have found another place to stay. We will NEVER stay here again, and doubt we will consider a Wyndham property again.

It was very quick and easy to check in and out. The staff is friendly and greet you when you come and go. Most things you might need like restaurants and stores are reasonably close. The building may be a little old but there is a slight smell in the elevator and stairs. Rooms were clean and no issues. Only issue was the wifi was slow to the point where it was not worth connecting to because nothing would load for me.

The motel rooms were clean, staff was friendly, they had a decent breakfast. Even after my husband dropped the keys down the elevator shaft.They retrieved for us and washed the keys for us. Although we didn't have a pet.I noticed that it was a pet friendly motel. Period I would definitely say here again

Newly renovated except pool
The room was very clean and looked newly rennovated. Beds were mostly comfortable but a little too hard for me. Breakfast was a typical free breakfast with the coolest pancake maker. All the employees were very pleasant and quick to resolve anything i asked about. Downside was the pool. It clearly needs renovated. We ended up not using it because there were no chairs and it just seemed very sketchy so i wouldnt book this hotel if a pool is something you really want. Otherwise it was cheap but didnt feel too cheap and several restaurant choices near by that are easy to get too.
