If it wasn’t for the poor condition of the rooms and the terrible lack of cleanliness, I would give the place five stars because the staff was amazingly friendly. The bed was super comfortable, but everything else was dirty and filthy. We were surprised that we didn’t find bedbugs or roaches in the hotel. Floors were stained sofas are stained bathroom walls were marked and stained with broken bits of marble in the interior showers it was just a hot mess. The bed though was super comfortable.

The staff was wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about them. The breakfast was very good and appreciated. The shower was in terrible condition. The spigot was not fully attached to the wall and seemed unsafe. The shower was dangerous bc it was difficult to get it a temperature that wasn't scalding hot. If you tried to adjust the temperature the water would shut off. Also there was a wash cloth stuffed into a hole in the bedroom wall. That seemed especially strange. And the pillows were horrible. Couldn't even use them.

Mixed feelings
I have mixed reviews about this hotel. I have stayed at other Wyndham hotels and it has been a fantastic experience. This was not the best Wyndham hotel I've stayed in. The staff was fantastic. It was easy to check in and out. The breakfast was good. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable (I might even call to find out what kind of mattress toppers and pillows they use). My issues come with the condition of this hotel. My toilet was literally coming out of the floor. If you moved back and forth the toilet would go with you. The tiles were cracked and the floor shifted as you were walking around inside the bathroom and right inside the entrance. There were stains on the carpet although the rest of the room seemed immaculate. There were also spots where the walls needed to be repaired and a water spot on the ceiling. I feel like these are known issues with this room and repairs should have been made before they place guests in there. There was not much noise insulation between our upstairs neighbors and us. The price for this hotel stay was absolutely way too much for the condition that it was in. I paid the same price for one of the larger hotels in perfect condition.
