I stayed here due to a very last minute change of plan. The room was cosy and exceptionally clean. The hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. As a vegetarian there was lots of choice for breakfast in the cosy dining room and all cooked to order. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Easy to find in centre of town with on-site parking. Owners very welcoming and sociable. Comfy bed & nice breakfast. Downside is that the shower room was very small in our room.

Great B&B about 4 miles from Scarborough in quiet little town of Seamer. Nice base to explore the East Yorkshire coast and not to far from the moors. Owners were very friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Will definitely stay again

I asked for same room i'd stayed in before and julie was more than happy to make that happen. Always so helpful with anything you want to know. Breakfast was lovely not rushed but just left to eat at own pace. We would always try to book here again the next time we need a little break. Lovely hosts. 😍
