I am a 5 foot tall woman. The king size bed was too high for me to climb into. There was no footstool or anything I could stand on. I finally had to turn the waste basket on its side and step on that to get into bed.

I didnt like that the pool was freezing and couldnt go swimming and that the lids for the cups in our room for the coffee/tea didnt fit the cups and not enough sugar.

We had already sent a report to customer service and they had not contacted us back. Either, a random stranger used his keycard at the wrong door and got in, or one of the staff had let this man into our room without verification. We found him in his underwear. We enjoyed being here. The property was clean. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Bar down stairs to enjoy a drink. Restaurants all along the strip over all we enjoyed our selfs.

Convenience to Tully's Restaurant. The housekeeping staff need to learn how to clean rooms completely. There was a stain on the headboard which glowed from the lights and the toilet was dirty when you put the toilet seat cover down
