The staff at the front desk were super. They had lots of information on restaurants and how to get back to the freeway the next day. There was also covered parking for our motorcycles. Much appreciated. The only downside was the breakfast. The food was just okay. I’ve had better at chain hotels.

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The location is right in downtown, you can walk to restaurants. The pool was not super clean, several cigarette butts in the water, trash laying around. Our bathroom was not very clean- hair everywhere. The breakfast was ok. The AC unit in the room was too noisy to keep it on.

Upon arrival, the keys keys didn't work. It was late and we were traveling with children. Chris was quick to try new cards and then give us a new room. He was calm and polite. He gave us a discount and a bag of goodies for the kids. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were great compared to pther places we have stayed. We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was very helpful. The room was very spacious, and clean. The breakfast was really too. Located very conveniently downtown, with nice secure parking. The only negative was that only one of the two elevators were working during this visit, otherwise it was amazing!

Holes in walls. The one bed is almost smack up against the wall so you have tonscoot to the end of the bed to get out. However the staff was very friendly and polite.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Building could use some upgrades, but for a night or two, it definitely does the job. Very easy to access the building from the side door without a key so not the safest setup considering the location. Location was within walking distance to many restaurants and downtown events, but I wouldn't recommend walking around alone after dark.
