The staff was lovely. The breakfast was good (eggs were super salty), but great variety. Hotel was clean but we had a room (319) that a phone that didn’t work, a drawer jammed and stuck open and the led light I. The bathroom didn’t work.

Waited 45 mins to get a single waffle for breakfast. I had to ask for bread, cereal and anything else I needed. It was busy and only one person was working to replenish the buffet. Garbages were overflowing and tables were dirty.

My First Stay
I had a great stay. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast could have been better as far as the taste. I may return for future trips.

Breakfast was spotty. A lot of things were missing or unavailable such as butter, hot water for tea. Fridge for milk and yogurts was very close to empty. Ended up going across the street to panera.

I arrived around 8:44 with my two kids and husband for one night stains on the couch,pillows,abd bathroom look like nobody touch it shower liner filthy tub filthy just awful i put towels on the pillows to sleep on thats how nasty this place was one light in my room didnt work. Luckily i was refunded my full stay . Nobody deserve to pay for something and it's not up to par especially a business where you know families cone to enjoy and get a good nights rest

Horrible pull out bed. Moved rooms twice. Comfortable regular full bed. Would not recommend for handicap or mobility challenge person. My mom had to go to a room in the 3 to floor nothing handicapped accessible
