Ok
Mostly good. Shower liner was pretty dirty with red around the bottom. An outlet in the room did not work so had to be creative so I could use my cpap. Was offered a chance to switch rooms but it was already late. Breakfast was ok. Renovations are nice.

There was something in the air (maybe they'd had water damage from the recent hurricane remnants??), but I had a crazy headache and my husband couldn't stop sneezing everytime we walked in the hotel. Other than that, the breakfast was great, the sheets were clean, and the staff was fantastic.

Pleasant stay
The room was nice and spacious for our family travel. They did not give us new towels after night one or clean up our room but overall it was good. Good breakfast too!

Nice hotel
The staff was nice but there was hair in the refrigerator and in the room on the floor. I wiped the counter and it was dirty. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and I picked up the phone to dial the front desk and realized the phone didn't work.

The person checking me on was in training, the trainer was training her via a phone call. There were no towels in the room. The sink stopper would not work therefore the sink was full of soap scum and facial hair. There was a piece of a bar of soap in the tub. The beds were made so I'm hoping the changed the sheets.
