We stayed here 5 years ago and it was a totally different experience. Restaurant closed, so no inhotel dining. Comp breakfast had no healthy options and had to ask for decaff coffee. Front desk staff were checked out, had to ask for comp cookie. Room was freezing, with nothing but a sheet for cover. 37 degrees outside. Kleenex box empty, no inroom amenities but soap bar, smampoo anyone? Would not stay again.

This hotel is in need of some attention. It's tatty looking with scuffed doors and loose dirty carpet in the hallways. I appreciate replacing carpet is a major undertaking but vacuuming and a lick of paint here and there takes no time. Our room carpet also had some stains, wear and tear, the room seemed clean but the bathroom bin liner had someone else's dental floss stuck to it, the bin liners obviously don't get changed. We were there for 3 nights on the third day the room was serviced which consisted of dropping off towels, replacement soap etc and making the bed, the dental floss was still attached to the bin liner. My main beef with the hotel though was the location of the accessible room I booked. I'm recovering from hip replacement surgery and was hoping such a room would be on the ground floor near the lobby or at least near an elevator. My room was about as far as you could get from the lobby and the elevator on the second floor. When I checked in the receptionist advised me to drive around to the side and use the stairs nearest my room instead. Lucky for me I can walk and although stairs are difficult I can manage if I don't have luggage. If I had more serious mobility issues I would have been forced to make the trek the length of the hotel twice every time I left my room. Hardly the ease of access people with disabilities need. I did complain and was told someone would get back to me. Haven't heard anything yet. On the upside the buffet breakfast is good.

We were very dissapointed that we specificly ask for room service because the toilet is clogged and we needed new towel and they completely ignored us and skipped cleaning our room. Breakfast was not goos. Food was very blend. We were really wish the hotel management take better care of their customer satisfication

A power outage significantly impacted my stay

This place is surprisingly nice. its a great quiet hotel. only two stories and has a nice lobby. for the price its a great find and the rooms are very large and updated. i would get a suite or a room with a couch. they have laundry on sight and you can bring pets if needed. next to a gas station and otherwise a very quiet area ... i dont think you here the freeway even tho its near by
