Staff was not very knowledgeable about area. Cleaner came in early in the day before stated time. Not enough staff in bar. Lone wait for service as only one server. On weekend no manager on duty to address issues.

Great location but with loud noise after midnight. Sounds like heavy machinary banged into the wall. I contacted the front desk but with no improvement. I had to bear with it for the 3 nights I stayed. I felt the floor was shaking when the noise came. It's incredibly loud.

A functional hotel with large rooms. Water pressure was variable in the shower, and the basin tap could only be used for hot OR cold water, it wasn’t possible to mix. Our room was adjacent to the lift and so there was some noise. I guess that’s a price you pay for booking with Expedia - you always get given the poorest rooms.
