Look at your car when you get it back!
Left my car with the valet, got it back with the mirror cover missing. I was not notified of the damages.

While the lobby is beautiful, the rooms don't live up to the Crown Plaza name. Carpet and furniture are old and dingy in places. The bathroom was small and cramped, the desk is awkwardly placed and takes up too much room. There is no kettle, microwave, or toiletries beyond the basics (no toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower cap, slippers). The bathroom had no ventilation fan. Valet parking seemed exorbitantly priced at $63 per night. They also lacked a business centre. For the same price I have stayed at the Paramount which I prefer for room size, bathroom, and amenities.
